Entry Rejection and Refund Policy
Once you've submitted your application, please note that we do not entertain refund requests for application fees, regardless of the circumstances.
If your application is rejected for any reason, there will be no refund of application fees paid by the runner. All benefits accruing to the said runner as a participant of Thakur Village Annual Run 2024 shall stand forfeited.
Please be aware that we also do not refund application fees due to non-participation. This includes situations where a confirmed participant fails to collect their bib from the expo or is unable to participate on the race day, whether due to high temperature or illness.
Entry Deferment Policy
In the event that the Thakur Village Annual Run 2024 is cancelled for any reason, your entry in the Thakur Village Annual Run 2024 will automatically be deferred to the next edition of the event in the same race category. There will be no additional entry fees charged for such participants. However, please note that qualification criteria set for the next edition will apply.
If specific race categories need to be reduced in accordance with Government-issued protocols, we will apply the "last-in-first-out" rule. Participants who do not receive final confirmations can defer their entry to the next edition of the Thakur Village Annual Run in the same race category, with no additional entry fees. Qualification criteria for the next edition will apply in this case as well.
The organizer/promoter reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the Thakur Village Annual Run 2024 at any time without notice.
